Sr. Demand Generation Manager

We are seeking a dynamic B2B Demand Generation Manager to join our team and help drive sales revenue. The right person is an ABM-savvy performance marketing guru who has a proven record of helping a sales team exceed quota. This is an outstanding opportunity for a self-starter to build a demand generation program from the ground up!


  • Develop strategy and execute on demand generation campaigns that bring in quality sales leads
  • Drive awareness, consideration and purchase intent across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, retargeting, display ads, email, ABM, and events.
  • Work with team members in Sales and other teams to define the right customer segments to target.
  • Develop Key Performance Indicators and processes to monitor and optimize campaigns and programs.
  • Assist in content development to map the right content to each stage of the customer journey for each buyer persona.
  • Connect with marketing, executive staff, and sales management on an ongoing basis regarding performance results for new and nurtured leads.
  • Work closely with Business Operations team to improve processes for leads flowing to the Sales organization, including optimizing marketing automation tools such as Hubspot. 


  • We’re looking for someone with 4+ years of experience in demand/lead generation, and has at minimum a Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Comfortable ideating and executing new-user acquisition initiatives, and wearing many hats
  • Experience running demand/lead gen campaigns, using digital marketing tactics such as display, social ads, SEM, SEO, email blasts, and ABM
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager 
  • Strong project management skills, as well as problem-solving ability
  • Added bonus if familiar with Hubspot, or other marketing automation tools
